Shipping and Product Delivery
The Seller provides the service of delivering the product to the Buyer by any of the methods described on the "Shipping" page of the Internet store. The delivery address of the product is specified by the Buyer when ordering the product.
The delivery period of the goods consists of the order processing period and the delivery period.
Goods delivered by Japan Post's courier service are handed over to the buyer by presenting his/her passport or a confirmation code from Japan Post.
The information of the goods will be notified to the buyer by the information posted on the product description page of the Internet store, or by labels, markings or other appropriate means.
The seller will try to meet the agreed delivery deadlines as much as possible, but is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseeable circumstances. This includes delivery delays by the carrier.

Return or exchange is only possible if the goods are unused and fully retain their consumer characteristics. The goods must be free of damage, stains, scratches, odors and other signs of use, and the appearance and packaging (tags, labels) must be complete. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform the contract due to force majeure (force majeure events).

If changes in laws or regulations prevent the performance of the contract, the parties must promptly take measures to resolve the issue.
Other provisions
The buyer understands and accepts that technical problems may temporarily cause the information on the Internet store to be distorted. The seller reserves the right to return the goods if a technical error is confirmed.
This contract does not require signatures by both parties and is valid electronically.
